The platform does not provide dealership services, vehicle brokerage, negotiation, inspection, transportation, or any physical automotive services.

2. Digital Service Delivery

All services are digital and begin immediately once the user submits the form. Digital services are considered delivered once the automation process starts.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments processed through Square are for digital automation only. No refunds are provided for completed digital services.

4. Data Sources

Vehicle data is sourced from publicly available automotive listing platforms. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings.

5. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for independently verifying all vehicle information before making any financial or purchase decision.

6. No Affiliation

The Auto Platform is not affiliated with CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.com, Carvana, CarMax, Copart, IAAI, or any automotive marketplace.

7. Physical Services

Any physical automotive services (inspection, transport, negotiation, dealer interaction) require a separate agreement and separate billing.

8. Automated Communications

Any automated messages or offer submissions are performed strictly under user authorization.

9. Risk Disclosure

Automotive transactions involve risk. The user acknowledges that all decisions must be made independently.
