Assessment Service Only
The fee charged via Square is solely for a platform-generated analytical assessment and documentation service. It covers the computational analysis of applicant-provided data against internal reference parameters.
No Lending or Brokerage Relationship
ELIT is not a direct lender, credit services organization, or loan broker. The payment of this platform fee does not create a borrower-lender relationship, pre-approval, commitment, or guarantee of credit issuance.
Estimates and Illustrative Figures
All figures, including illustrative APRs, vehicle valuation guidance, and estimated monthly payments, are informational estimates derived from internal rule models. Actual financing terms, interest rates, down payments, and loan amounts are determined solely by third-party lenders after underwriting and credit evaluation.
Non-Refundable Platform Fee
The platform assessment fee is fully earned upon delivery/unlocking of the digital assessment document and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the applicant later applies for, secures, or is declined financing by any lender.
